With an average 20 years landscape
experience, and an outstanding average of 5 years with Yard by Yard, our
landscape team is best in class. Our team of trained professionals take great
pride in their work. You'll be proud to have our team in your yard.
Yard by Yard was started by Henry and Janice
Keller in 1983 as a part time landscaping and lawn maintenance business
while employed by Rockwall International. The original site, on Church Street in
Sulphur Springs was purchased and opened with just two small greenhouses in
1989. Today the nursery grounds have grown to 15 display and growing
greenhouses, with more expansion planned for the future.
Henry and Janice, with their three young
sons, worked tirelessly to bring top quality plants and produce to the small
Sulphur Springs Community. As the town grew, so did the business. They added
flowers, plants, firewood and Christmas trees.
The Sulphur Springs location is not your ordinary garden
market. We are known regionally for the top quality annuals, perennials, shrubs
and trees we
offer.
Are you looking for a creative gift? We have
a wide range of gifts to tickle any fancy. We provide a wide offer of colorful, locally
grown annuals, unique perennials and shrubs, and a great selection of flowering
tropicals and houseplants.
Don’t forget to see our extensive pottery
selection and garden tools and remedies.
We also carry a full line of mulches, potting
soils, stones and soil amendments, including Neil Sperry's Texas Best
Fertilizers
and an assortment of organic soil products.
